Register and Pay On-Line in 3 Easy Steps

1. Decide on the class to be taken
2. Complete and submit the Online Class Registration Form or Class Registration Printable Version
3. Complete and submit the Online Release & Waiver Form or Release & Waiver Form Printable Version

Payment for classes can be done by sending registration form to Teresa Patton, 7501 Wolf Run Shoals Rd., Fairfax Station, VA  22039.  If you have any questions, you can reach Teresa at (703) 978-0007.  Paypal is no longer offered for online tuition payment.  You can pay via credit card by writing credit card information on your registration form and mailing to Teresa. No Class spaces will be held until payment is received.
 

(Please note that you may include payment by credit card in the box provided in the Online Class Registration Form, and submit with Online Release & Waiver Form or you may download, complete, print and mail both forms with payment to Felicity Dog Training School, Inc.

Private Training

Private training is by appointment only. Daytime and evening appointments are available. Private training is especially helpful if you have recently acquired a new puppy or adopted a new dog. Private training is also available for help with: behavior problems, getting answers to questions not covered in class, or the need for a tailored training program. Cost for private training is $60/hr.  Initial Consultations are normally 2 hours and follow up appointments are normally every 2 weeks for one hour.
